2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the case has been registered in Crime No.93 of 2018 on 31.05.2018 under Section 379 IPC and a copy of the FIR has been produced before this Court. The petitioner has also received the same.

3.Hence, no further adjudication is required in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
