O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 11.07.2017 and investigate and proceed with the same as per law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that petition enquiry was conducted by the second respondent Police and after enquiry, the petition was closed by the second respondent advising the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court to redress his grievance.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Court to redress his grievance.
