ORDER
The petitioner was working as Computer Operator in the third respondent Society on commission basis. She has filed this writ petition for directing the respondents to allow her to continue to do the said work.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted that the petitioner has already been replaced and one P.Suthirtha has been appointed in her place. The learned counsel appearing for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the respondents also placed on record the resolution passed by the third respondent in this regard.
3. Therefore, leaving open the right of the writ petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is given liberty to question the proceedings issued by the third respondent. No costs.
