O R D E R

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Revision with liberty to move the Court once again with sufficient materials to prove the ownership and the purpose for which, cattles were sent to Kerala. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.The Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted.
