ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 294(b), 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
3.It is seen that these petitioners were granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court on 25.01.2016 with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the respondent Police and take part in the petition enquiry. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioners did not appear for enquiry. Further, it is a case of job racketing. Under such circumstances, these petitions are dismissed.
