When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent stated that the orders on the petition mentioned application would be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

3.It is made clear that it is open to the respondent to pass orders one way or the other. This Court has not given any positive direction in favour of the writ petitioner. The respondent shall hear the petitioner before passing such orders. The only direction that is now given is that the petitioner's request would be disposed of. No costs.
