ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. In my view, the writ petition has been prematurely filed. The petitioner's case is that since the subject matter is a title dispute, the authority cannot conduct any enquiry. The petitioner can very well place objection before the authority concerned. If the authority passes any adverse order, it is always open to the writ petitioner either to move this Court or to go before the jurisdictional civil Court for appropriate relief.
3. Leaving open all the contentions and defences of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
