This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner, dated 20.03.2015. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Further, the second respondent is directed to serve copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks, if not served.
