and witnesses PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Sections 320 read with 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the entire records pertaining to the proceedings in Sessions Case in S.C.No.2 of 2015 pending on the file of the Hon'ble Additional District Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni and quash the same.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the entire records pertaining to the proceedings in Sessions Case in S.C.No.2 of 2015 pending on the file of the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni and quash the same.

2.The respondent 2 to 5 / defacto complainants as well as the petitioner/accused are present before this Court through video conference and they are identified by their respective learned counsels and both the parties have filed a joint compromise memo stating that the matter in issue between them has been amicably resolved and therefore, the respondents 2 to 5 / defacto complainants are not willing to prosecute the case and therefore, would pray for quashing the proceedings in S.C.No.2 of 2015 pending on the file of the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni.

4. In the result, by recording the compromise, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in S.C.No.2 of 2015 pending on the file of the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni is quashed.
