ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The Petitioner has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, to dispose of S.A.No.25 of 2017 within a time frame.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the appeal was filed as early as in the year 2015, the same was numbered only in January 2017 and since the matter is pending for a long time, the petitioner is put to hardship and prejudice.

3. Though notice sent to the respondents 3 and 4 were duly served and their names have been printed in the cause list, none appeared for the respondents 3 and 4.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, we direct the Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai to dispose of S.A.No.25 of 2017 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With these observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
