3. This Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of

Mandamus, directing the respondents to allot Government Natham Porambokku land as common cart track situated in Survey No.44/8 at Kalappalankulam Village, Thiruvenkadam Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2018.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader seeks time towards consideration of the representation.

5. Without going into the merits of the case and recording the above submission of learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition shall stand disposed of, with a direction to respondents to consider the representation of petitioner, dated 05.03.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
