COMMON ORDER When these writ petitions were taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that orders would be passed by the respondent on the petition mentioned applications, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.The respondent shall hear the writ petitioner before passing final orders. This direction is given in order to enable the petitioner to place before the respondent, the relevant materials justifying the petitioner's claim.

3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, these writ petitions are disposed of with this direction. No costs.
