Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli to dispose of the A.S. No.44 of 2020 on its file within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court in C.R.P.(MD). No.702 of 2022, dated 01.04.2022, and requisition letter submitted by the Additional Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli vide letter D.No.2027/2022, dated 10/11/2022, this Court made the following order: The learned Additional Sub Judge, Tirunelveli sent a letter dated 10.11.2022, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of AS.No.44 of 2020 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 01.04.2022.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the above said letter a further time of three months is granted from today to dispose of AS.No.44 of 2020.
