ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.46 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner is the defacto complainant and based on the complaint, a case was registered in Crime No.46 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C. It is stated that there was no further investigation and that therefore, the petitioner is constrained to file this petition.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that Charge Sheet was already filed on 01.05.2017 and that

the same was taken on file in C.C.No.280 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur.

5. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
