RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1935 of 2021 order dated 23.02.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.JERIN MATHEW, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1935 of 2021 on 23.02.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.1935 of 2021 on 23.02.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2584 of 2021 shall report before the committal Court on every Monday at 10.30 am.,until further orders.
