ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.I am clearly of the view that the order made in W.P(MD)No.1103 of 2023 does not prejudice the rights of the review applicant at all. The review applicant is presently not in possession. He has already filed a civil suit for recovery of possession. I made it clear that the order made in the writ petition cannot be marked in the suit proceedings. It was further made clear that the outcome of the writ petition cannot be taken advantage by the writ petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the review applicant alleges that the writ petitioner is enjoying two service connections for domestic purpose. TANGEDCO is directed to verify and look into this allegation. It appears that the writ petitioner obviously have two connections. 2/4

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that one connection is for domestic purpose and the other is for commercial purpose. If it is found that both connections are being used for domestic purposes, they shall be merged into one.

5.This Review Application is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
