ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.206 of 2022 dated 11.03.2022 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that in this case, the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi on 14.11.2023, by way of e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi to take the final report on file within a period of two 2/4

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report if they are still aggrieved. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
