This petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners on the basis of the complaint given by the 4th respondent under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
