This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry frequently without any case.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Additional Director General of Police has received a complaint dated 09.03.2018 from 23 depositors and the same was forwarded to the respondent police on 27.03.2018. He further submitted that on receipt of such complaint, the petitioners were asked for enquiry and they had appeared before the respondent police. Since no action has been taken by the respondent police, the present criminal original petition is filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have not co-operated with the enquiry.

4.By considering the nature of the complaint made by the depositors, this Court cannot grant any relief as prayed for by the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, this Court directs the respondent police to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
