This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to entrust the investigation into the case registered in Crime No.162 of 2017 of Mudhukularthur Police Station to an independent investigation agency like CBCID / the second respondent for an impartial investigation.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur on 12.06.2018 and subsequently, it was taken on file as P.R.C.No.24 of 2018. A copy of the final report has also been produced before this Court. 3.In the light of the above submission and recording the final report, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
