ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members subject to the outcome of H.M.O.P.No.174 of 2017 pending enquiry before the learned Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The petitioner is the husband of the third respondent and it appears that there is a dispute between them. The petitioner has also filed a petition for divorce in H.M.O.P.No.174 of 2017 before the learned Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi. It is stated that the second respondent is harassing the petitioner on the basis of the false complaint given by the second respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petition enquiry was conducted and the complaint was ultimately closed. It is further submitted that no further enquiry is contemplated and there is no question of harassment. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
