ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 24.04.2015 for the alleged offence under Sections 294 (b), 323, 506(i) and 302 IPC in Crime No.159 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to dispute over fetching of water from public tab, the accused attacked the deceased with hands and legs.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocents and they have been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that due to civil dispute the accused attacked the deceased and major part of investigation is over.
5. Considering the nature of offence, overt act attributed against the petitioners and the stage of investigation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, they are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
