This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on the enquiry.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that a non-bailable warrant has been pending against the petitioner's son. Therefore, the petitioner has to co-operate for enquiry and furnish the particulars of his son/accused.
