This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 04.02.2026 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would 2/4
submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation on 04.02.2026, seeking to stop from conducting election. Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 04.02.2026 would be considered in accordance with law.
5. In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.02.2026, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
