O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 24.04.2015. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the second respondent Police and during enquiry, it came to know that the complaint preferred by the petitioner is a false one and therefore, the said complaint was closed.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum, in the manner known to law, if she is so advised.
