It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint given by one Alexander/fourth respondent herein, the petitioner was called for enquiry and after enquiring both parties, they have been advised to move the Civil Court and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordingly, the fourth respondent has already approached the civil Court and therefore, presence of the petitioner is not required.
