*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the detenu - Suganya, D/o.Devendran, aged about 24 years, from the illegal custody of the third respondent and produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The petitioner, the detenu and the third respondent are present in Court. The detenu informs that she married the third respondent and is leading a peaceful life and she has not been detained by anybody.

3. The said position has been informed to the petitioner, the mother of the detenu.
