https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to regularise the services of the petitioners on

the basis of the proposal submitted by the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent, for the absorption of the petitioners. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner s and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are working as Drivers in Mobile Medical Unites on Wheels in various Districts. Their grievance is that despite calling for the details of the temporary drivers working in various Districts for more than five years and consolidated proposals were also submitted for absorption, the same is pending with the Government without any further progress. The prolonged delay in consideration, prompted the petitioners to approach this Court with the present writ petition.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that such proposal is under favourable consideration and appropriate decision would be taken within a period of twelve weeks.

5.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)No.3274 of 2019 is closed.
