This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to register the case on the petitioners complaint dated 18.04.2015 and consequently direct the respondent No.2 investigate the same as per law within a time stipulated by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.159 of 2015.
