ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the case in Crime No.116 of 2017, which is pending on the file of the second respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the second respondent has already filed a final report for the offence under Section 302 of IPC.

3.In view of the above development, there is no need for this Court to transfer the case and hence, the criminal original petition is closed.
