ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.325 of 2017 before the lower court within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after completion of investigation, case was closed as ''mistake of fact'' and the same was sent for approval to the Director of Adi Diravidar Welfare Board in accordance with the provisions of SC/ST Act.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to take further action in the manner known to law.
