ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass and not to interfere in the personal liberty of the petitioners and their family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is only called for enquiry and hence, there is no question of harassment.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
