2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that this is the 3rd anticipatory bail petition. He further submitted that the petitioner along with other accused persons on promising to get a job received a sum of Rs.11,00,000/- from the defacto complainant and subsequently, he did not get the job and return the amount and it is the job racketing and the investigation of the case is pending.
