This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to alter the section and arrest the accused, investigate and file a final report in Crime NO.51/2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that six months time may be granted to the police to complete the investigation.
