This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 28.03.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has preferred a complaint on 28.03.2018 stating that the proposed accused along with others were trespassed into the petitioner's house and criminally intimidated him and threatened him with dire consequences. Since no action has been taken by the respondent police, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint CSR No.69 of 2018 has been issued and the same is pending for enquiry.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
