This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents herein to grant permission and adequate police protection to celebrate the Dr.Ambedkar Birthday and to permit for put up speaker (sound service system) at T.Puthuppatti, Thirumal (PO), Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, on 22.04.2018 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 17.04.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 17.04.2018 to the respondents to grant permission and protection to celebrate the Dr.Ambedkar Birthday and to permit for put up speaker (sound service system) at T.Puthuppatti, Thirumal (PO), Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District. passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation is still pending with the second respondent. Therefore, this Court may pass appropriate orders to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law. 5.Considering the submission made by both parties, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 17.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 21.04.2018. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
