ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner and his family members by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2023.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the representation/complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner himself has given statement that he will workout his remedy through the civil process. On the basis of the above said undertaking given by the above said Arumugam / fourth respondent, the complaint was closed.
3. Now seeking Police protection, this petition has been filed. Since already the fourth respondent has given undertaking that the issue will be resolved through civil process. So granting police protection for one of the party may not arise.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has given a wrong address in the petition. Actually he is residing in Karikudi.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 06.03.2023 NCC :
