ORDER

This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in W.P(MD) No.5103 of 2024 dated 12.04.2024 has not been complied with.

2. Today (30.01.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that as against the order of this Court in W.P(MD) No.5103 of 2024 dated 12.04.2024, a writ appeal in WA(MD) No.8373 of 2025 and C.M.P(MD).No.1395 of 2025 has been preferred by the respondent before the Division Bench of this Court, wherein, an order of interim stay has been granted, by order, dated 09.06.2025.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate that the Division Bench of this Court has seized of the matter, this contempt petition is closed. 30.01.2026 tta 2/4
