ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.05.2015 and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there is no petition pending on the file of the respondent police.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 17.06.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. Thereafter, the respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the said complaint and if cognizable offence is made out, register a case.
