ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 15.05.2015, for the alleged offence under Sections 392 r/w 397 and 506(2) IPC in Crime No.546 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 15.05.2015 at 8.30 p.m the accused have taken away Rs.650/- from the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a physically challenged person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and that the defacto complainant is not residing in the address mentioned in the complaint. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) has filed a counter affidavit and vehemently opposed the bail petition stating that the petitioner is involved in double murder case and he was also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ convicted in earlier case. It is further submitted that he is a
History Sheeted rowdy in H.S.No.261 of 2001 on the file of the respondent police. The learned Government Advocate further contended that the petitioner was involved in the cases of murder for gain. 5.Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This petition is dismissed.
