3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of a copy of this order by way of registering the case or close the
enquiry as no prima facie case is made out. The above process shall be completed within the above said period.
