O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner as well as his family members on the basis of his representation, dated 19.01.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner already a case has been registered by the respondent police in Crime No.18 of 2015.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is continuous threat to the petitioner and his family members.

4. Considering the same, a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.01.2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and give adequate police protection as and when required on being satisfied that there is threat to the petitioner and his family members.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
