The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and not to conduct Katta Panchayat, under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.05.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that petition enquiry has been conducted and after conducting enquiry, the respondent police have closed the petition. 4.In view of the said submission, this petition is closed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to work out remedy in the manner known to law.
