ORDE R When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that recommendation has been sent by the Inspector of Police, Kalaiyarkovil Police Station, stating that the petitioner's name will be deleted from the history sheet after getting appropriate order from the competent authority, namely, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai.

2. In view of the aforesaid development, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
