ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC, altered into Sections 120B and 379 (Sand Theft) IPC r/w. Section 21 (1)(IV) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.2 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused have illegally transported 11,046 units of river sand to another State.

3. This is the fourth anticipatory bail petition. The earlier three anticipatory bail petitions were dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 23.03.2021, 26.08.2021 and 15.03.2022 respectively. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Since there is no change in circumstances of the case, after the dismissal of the earlier bail petitions, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
