ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to register the vehicle, namely CERTA 1.6 CRDISX bearing temporary Reg.No.TN-2020-T/R 5794A on the file of Regional Transport Office, (South), Madurai, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2022. 2.Mr.K.S.Selva Ganesan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent.
3.It is submitted that though the petitioner has filed an application for effecting name transfer of the vehicle purchased in the auction conducted by the 3rd respondent. It is submitted that the petitioner has not filed all the documents for effecting the name transfer.

W.P.(MD) No.5119 of 2022 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the 1st respondent however submits that if the petitioner files all the required documents, the name transfer will be effected. 5.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to file all the documents that are required for effecting name transfer. This exercise shall be carried out by the 1st respondent within a period of 30 days from the date submitting all the required documents by the petitioner. No costs.
