This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ottapidaram, to expedite the 1/4

trial and dispose of the case in CC.No.86 of 2023 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ottapidaram, is directed to dispose of the case in CC.No.86 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
