ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to file final report after completion of investigation in Crime No.13 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner states that a false complaint has been foisted as against him and that the same was registered in Crime No.13 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 120(b), 406, 420 and 506(i) of I.P.C. It is further stated that the dispute is purely civil in nature. Having regard to the nature of the complaint and the allegations made in the complaint, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that a direction by this Court will be in the interest of justice.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection for giving a direction to complete the investigation and to file final report within a reasonable time.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- " The second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2017 and to file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
