ORDER
The above writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from forming any road or from interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of lands of petitioner comprised in S.Nos.153/9, 154/5 and 175/2 measuring an extent of 4 cents, 24 cents and 1 Acre 66 cents respectively, totally measuring 1 Acre 94 cents situate in Muttakudi Hamlet of Narikudi Village, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavru District.
2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that no steps have been taken to form such a road as apprehended by the petitioner.
