O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police not to harass and not to interfere in the personal liberty of the petitioner and his family members.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions submitted that only petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner and there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
